RAMS bicycle tour, Avon, NY The MS-150 bicycle tour is a fund raiser organized by the Rochester Area Multiple Sclerosis. The two-day trip covers 150 Kilometers. Hiking in Toughannock falls gorge Toughannock falls is at the southern end of Cayuga Lake near Ithaca, NY. The passage of time and erosion has carved out a 400-foot deep shale-sided gorge. The walk on the floor of the gorge ends at the base of 215 foot Toughannock falls. 4-Wheel outing in the snow In the fall of 1997 I bought a Ford Explorer. On January 1st, 1998 I took my truck 4-wheeling in the snow with a Rochester based 4-wheel drive club called the Mud Nuts. A convoy of 4-wheel drive vehicles travel from Rochester, NY to navigate the snow covered trails outside of Corning, NY. Jackson, Wyoming; Skiing and snowmobiling A trip to Jackson, Wyoming produced a day of powder skiing in 25 inches of fresh snow.
